Where do I pick up my child?

- Girls: Plaid uniform jumper or skort, navy or khaki walking shorts or long pants. White peter pan collar blouse with short sleeves or white or green polo with logo. Uniform shirts must be tucked in.
- Boys: Solid navy blue or khaki long pants or walking shorts. White or green polo shirt with logo. Uniform shirt must be tucked in. BELTS ARE NOT MANDATORY FOR TK STUDENTS.
- PE: Holy Angels gray t-shirt and green mesh shorts are to be worn on PE days and athletic type shoes are required on PE days.
- Outerwear: Must have a Holy Angels emblem. For Rainy/Extreme Cold weather non-Holy Angels jackets are ok.
Where do I drop off my child?
- TK lines up in front of the cross in the big yard in between the 4th grade and Kindergarten. Right in front of the statue of Mary
Can I do morning carline?
- Yes, but I suggest/prefer for the first day of school that the students walk in with a parent. After the first day of school feel free to use the morning carline for drop off. There will always be a staff member to help students out of the car.
What do I do if my child is crying? Should I walk them into the building?
- No! There might be some tears and some resistance but I do not CARRY or PULL them into the classroom. For their safety and ours, if your child is clinging or pulling away I will ask that you walk them to the doors by the statue of Mary, not entering the hallways, gives hugs and walk away. I will then gradually walk the student into the classroom with hugs!
Does the schedule include a "nap time"?
- Yes and No. TK will have a "rest time" immediately following lunch. Students will come in and rest their heads on their desks. I will read a book and play restful type of music. If a student falls asleep we will allow them to rest and wake them before our next activity.
Where do I pick up my child?
- TK will sit at the table closest to the HA handball wall for carline. You may drive through the carline, but be patient as we get to know your cars and under NO circumstances should you get out of your car during carline. You are also welcome to enter through the gate and walk in for pick up. There is no sign out necessary.
